Privacy Policy

Data handling on this website, in plain terms.

1. Data we handle

1.1 Nothing here needs an account or a login, and nothing is personalised, so there is not much to gather in the first place. We install no analytics package, no ad pixels and no tracking scripts of our own. The one record that does exist is the usual web-server log — IP address, time, page requested, and the browser and device string sent by your software. Those logs are not used to profile you, and personal information is not sold.

2. Referral markers

2.1 Operator links here can carry a referral marker — that is the mechanism by which we are credited for a visit. We do not learn your name from it, but referral markers, click identifiers, IP addresses and similar technical data can still count as personal information under data-protection law, so we would rather say so plainly than claim otherwise.

3. Your rights

3.1 Subject to applicable law and its exceptions, you may ask what personal information we hold about you and request access, correction or deletion. Rights to object, to restrict processing, to portability, to withdraw consent and to complain to a regulator may apply too, depending on your jurisdiction. Use the Contact page and we will handle the request.

4. Leaving this site

4.1 When you follow an outbound link to Spinjo Casino or any other operator, you leave this site and that operator's own privacy policy takes over. Their collection practices are not ours to control, and your account, deposits and documents there are invisible to us.

5. If you get in touch

5.1 That form on the contact page does not work yet: nothing is sent from it. Write to one of the addresses on the Contact page and your message and address stay with us only while the question is open. No mailing list, no newsletter, nothing follows from it.

6. What we store in your browser

6.1 None of the cookies on this site are ours: we set no analytics, advertising or preference cookies. Our security and content-delivery provider may set essential cookies needed to filter malicious traffic and keep the site available. They are technical rather than commercial, and nothing here becomes unreadable if you block cookies.

7. Which laws apply

7.1 These pages are written for a Canada audience. Canadian federal and provincial privacy law, the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR apply wherever our processing falls within their reach. Not every regime covers every visitor: applicability turns on where we operate and whom we address, not merely on your location at the moment of reading.

8. Age of readers

8.1 These pages are for adults who have reached the legal gambling age (18 or 19 depending on the province or territory in Canada). No part of this site is aimed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. How long we keep things

9.1 Server logs are kept by our host on its ordinary rotation and are not retained by us beyond that. Once a question is settled we delete the correspondence, unless a legal claim requires us to keep it.

Privacy requests about this website go through the Contact page.
